Still owing on it?
That is normal, and it is not a problem on its own. We deal with the lender directly and pay the loan out as part of the transaction. If you owe more than the vehicle is worth, we will tell you plainly and show you what the gap looks like against a different vehicle, rather than burying it in a payment.
